DCP commits to reduce number of unemployee for community surrounding DCP. 75% of DCP employees are people that lives surround DCP.

DCP concerns for any environmentals issue. As a Eco-Friendly Steel Company, DCP have Quality, Health and Safety Environtment (QHSE) Department to monitor every production process to keep DCP as a health and safe place to work.

In the rapid development of the company, DCP does not abandon its responsibility to environment, especially for the humanity. As precious quote from Martin Luther King Jr , "We must learn to live together as brothers or perish together as fools" . DCP realize that they must dedicate their rapid success to the people around, especially for all brothers & sisters who really need help.
On 26th June 2011, one of DCP charity organization Pelikan Kasih join together with Lions Club to carried out an event of free medication for communities in need. It took place in DCP Kedung Anyar, Wringin Anom, Gresik in East Java. They are almost 400 people who participated in that event. DCP mobilized 10 doctors who consist of general doctors and eye specialize. For medic, DCP recruited 20 pharmacy pesonnels and 10 acupuncture.
This event was very success. From 400 invitations for public, they were almost 90% of them come and participated in that event. It was a remarkable response from the surrounding communities, which was proved by the attendance of their village headman and almost all of Kedung Anyar subdistrict government staffs in the opening ceremony. The founder of this enormous growing company, Mr. J. E Sendjaja showed his concern by attended and opened this special event by himself. This event, once again is a proof of DCP's commitment and caring to their surrounding environment, as one of Indonesia's Pride growing company.
